Senior Territory Channel Manager, ClickDimensions
1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?
There are many facets of my job that I really enjoy. If I had to nail down what I like best, it would have to be working with our partner ecosystem and their customers daily. As you can imagine, the relational aspect of my role is very important. Through the years I have realized that the relationships that I have formed and continue to build give me an opportunity to influence, impact and change people’s lives. I know my life could not be meaningful without them.
2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?
Make sure you engage with our customer team and resources. Every ClickDimensions customer has a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Their job is to ensure the successful use of our platform while achieving their digital goals. But customers are an essential part of their own success. Make the time to learn everything ClickDimensions technology can do for you by taking our ClickDimensions Academy courses, reading our blog about marketing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and using our ClickDimensions Help Center and Knowledgebase. Also know that if you need assistance executing on your campaigns in ClickDimensions to help free up some bandwidth on your own team, we offer a full range of marketing services to help.
3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?
Historically, many of our customers have recognized ClickDimensions as an email marketing tool for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Over the past decade, ClickDimensions has grown into becoming The Marketing Cloud for Microsoft Dynamics offering marketing applications, marketing analytics and marketing services to support our customers in their digital transformation journeys. Also, we continuously update our product roadmap with exciting new enhancements to our platform including campaign automation, surveys, event connectors, lead scoring features and more.
4. If you woke up tomorrow as an animal, what animal would you choose to be and why?
Without a doubt I would choose to be a lion. First and foremost, they are protective. Lions protect their surroundings, their young, themselves and their family groups. At the end of the day, I hope my life is being leveraged to provide protection and shade for others to grow. Lions are also willing to fight. They don’t go around picking fights, but they are ready to act and do what is necessary to defend their food, their mates and territory. By nature, I have always been a super competitive person. Through competition, I have learned that the most effective people are all willing to fight for their convictions, goals, successes and accomplishments to the very end.
5. If you could meet any historical figure, who would you choose and why?
Wow, this is a tough question. It reminds of the 1989 comedy/sci-fi movie, Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure. Socrates, Napoleon, Joan of Arc, Genghis Khan, Beethoven, Abraham Lincoln and Billy the Kid would all be cool historical figures to meet. But if I had the opportunity to transport back in time I would have to say hanging out in Jerusalem, about 2,000 years ago to meet Jesus would be top on the list. I would want to see what he was like, talk with him and learn from him in person.
