Marketing Specialist, SePRO

1. What do you like best about your job?

Every day that I come to work is a new challenge. Technology changes so quickly that we must constantly adjust the way we accomplish tasks, but always for the better. Every day I have the privilege of figuring out how to best use technology to advance SePRO, our marketing efforts and make us better than we were yesterday. There are always new ways of doing things and I love figuring out what those processes are and then being able to implement them to improve our everyday tasks.

2. What are the biggest professional challenges you face and how does ClickDimensions help you address those challenges?

As a chemical manufacturer, one of the biggest challenges we face as a company is reaching all the potential customers that exist within the six business markets that we serve with limited resources to do so. ClickDimensions helps us reach audiences we may not otherwise be able to with target email marketing. ClickDimensions also helps us be more efficient and optimize our target marketing with campaign automation and connectors that work with both social media and event management platforms. Being able to “set it and forget it” with campaign automation has been a huge time saver where so much of the process had been all manual work previously.

3. What was your background before landing in your current role?

Before my current role, I was an administrative assistant for one of our current business segments. I have been privileged to be able to learn all aspects of our business over the last 15 years and be able to integrate that into my role today. Before that I was in the banking industry.

4. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

As a child, I wanted to be either a travel agent or a flight attendant. I thought either of those careers would help me fulfill my love for travel and adventure.

5. If someone was making a movie of your life, what actor/actress would you want to portray you?

This is a hard one, but I would choose Sandra Bullock. I’m a huge fan and have seen all her movies. And bonus, she was the highest paid actress in 2014 so I know she could do wonders with all my quirks!
