1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?
I love so many things about my role at ClickDimensions. If I had to pick one thing that I love most, it would be that I get to work on initiatives that help our partners. ClickDimensions would not be where it is today without our awesome channel and all that they do for our mutual customers, and I welcome the opportunity to support them in their endeavors.
2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers.
Despite being a marketing automation platform, ClickDimensions is not just for marketers. Working in combination with Dynamics 365, ClickDimensions ties marketing, sales and customer service together in one platform. The power behind that combination will increase your efficiency and empower your organization’s growth in so many ways. Take advantage of our available resources like ClickDimensions Academy, this blog and the marketing library on our website, and utilize our customer success team. They’re here to help you use the solution to the fullest and they truly care about your success. They can help you as you expand your use of the solution and provide tips for using ClickDimensions throughout your organization.
3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?
We have some exciting updates to our partner program coming soon, which will help our partners better support our customers. In addition, in my role, I am working more closely with Microsoft offices around the globe to ensure that we are closely aligned so ClickDimensions can continue to offer the best marketing automation technology for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
4. What profession other than yours would you like to attempt?
It would be fun to be a tour guide. I could meet people from all over the world and we could explore some fascinating places together.
5. What is the most random thing in your purse or wallet?
I have three young kids, so my purse is always an interesting place. Right now, it’s a tossup between a Matchbox toy car, a half-eaten bag of gummy bears or a doll shoe for the most random thing. Why are these things in my purse?
