Just in the past couple of months, there have been a flurry of announcements about the October 2018 release, the new upgrade pace for Online customers, a new on-premises release, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and a crammed conference season with Ignite, the buzzworthy keynote by James Phillips at CRMUG Summit, many D365 Saturdays, Directions EMEA, Microsoft’s Future Decoded, and probably many more that I am overlooking.

There is sure to be much more news and learning coming out of these and other venues in the coming months. And all of this comes hard on the heels of the summer’s Business Applications Summit and Microsoft Inspire.

Microsoft Learn is a new, free and open site with guided learning paths to introduce you to the latest Dynamics technologies. It helps you get your skills ramped up so you can apply the latest developments to your organization quickly.
With the Microsoft Learn guided learning paths, you can dive into hands-on, step-by-step, lab-type tutorials on topics like creating PowerApps, analyzing data with Power BI and automating processes with Flow. And Microsoft promises much more content in Microsoft Learn in the coming weeks and months. This is also the starting point for the new breed of Microsoft certifications, and no credit card is required!
This is where I plan on spending some of those quiet winter evenings ahead, and if you’re like me and hoping to start strong in 2019, it might be a great place for you to start to catch up on all this new technology as well!
